Jody Kriss co-founded East River Partners LLC in 2010 and has been focused on the development and financing of real estate in NYC. Currently his company is focused on the development of eight residential projects in the Brooklyn and Manhattan area with a total value of over $125 million. Four of those projects have been successfully completed and four more are currently under development.
